We hired BTR remodeling last August to install a new kitchen floor. We selected the flooring, purchased it and BTR picked it up. There was some sub floor working that needed replaced and the job looked good. However within a few days the floor cracked due to too much pressure and the tiles started spreading apart. BTR fixed it and it did it again, we did this a few times over a few months and the last time it cracked and separated me BTR ghosted us. Very nice owners who assured us “we will fix this”, but they haven’t and it’s getting worse. Unfortunately we will now have to pay someone else to repair the floor.
