We hired Chef William as a personal chef for my sister's 40th birthday dinner. From start to finish he was a pleasure to work with, even when we threw him a curve ball, having to switch dates during the planning process. We had a sit-down meal for 21, including a cocktail/appetizer hour, and everything went off without a hitch. Every item he prepared was amazing! I can't say enough about his work, along with the help of the two servers provided. We will definitely be using him again for any parties we may have!

Outstanding doesn't do the evening justice. Chef took the time to research each wine I planned to serve. He paired each course perfectly. Each course was more delicious than the previous one and the portions and presentation were spot on. He and the staff are personable and courteous. When the evening was completed our kitchen looked as it did when they arrived. Chef William and Crave foods helped make our event a total success.

No standard pricing for events everything is customized for each client and their needs based on the event type.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to create custom one time menus and events for clients to meet and exceed their expectations. This is done by working with the client on all of the details of their event. From menu design, linens, flatware, stem ware and staff that might be needed in order to create a once in a lifetime experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Food has always been an important part of my family and an expression of love so a culinary career was a natural fit. I am passionate about food and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
