- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services are priced on a flat fee basis. The price varies depending upon the legal service needed. For legal services requiring negotiations, I bill on an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have the client submit a Client Intake Form, which provides me with the preliminary information about the client's business and legal needs. Most of my legal services are done on a flat fee basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated in the top 10% of my class at University of Virginia School of Law. I worked at a large law firm in Philadelphia in the Corporate Department. I also worked at a large telecommunications company doing acquisitions, joint ventures and was General Counsel of their venture capital arm, so I have extensive experience in assisting startups, small and medium size businesses and I have worked on a great deal of acquisitions..
