Josh was GREAT! He was honest, transparent, he was on time, installed the dog door in the wall & discussed potential issues ahead of time (there was a potential electrical line running through the line and ended up not being an issue)--everything went smoothly ! we will use Josh again for more home projects!

Josh was called in to hang a mirror and repair some shoddy drywall work done by a contractor. He was on time, communicative, efficient and prepared with the correct tools. The mirror was tricky needing exact measurements and he got it perfectly level (sadly revealing that my recently installed vanity was not installed level ughh). He also comped me some time when the drywall repair didn’t go quite as planned but his Plan B worked out great. Appreciated that Josh was approachable and didn’t talk down to me when I asked questions. Would definitely work with Josh again!

Josh did an amazing job with installing our dishwasher, we had an ancient dishwasher with a complicated install system. Josh did a great job with explaining things & what needed to be done. He went an extra mile to fix a liking valve under the sink & went out to get the parts needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a 2 hr minimum for work. This makes every session as impactful as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to walk through with my client and see everything that needs work. Second This way either I or they can set our priorities for the work. Third: Take action and work. Fourth: Walk through with my clients to make sure everything is excellent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned how to use tools with my father as a young man. The projects framed from building a stone patio to changing the valve cover on my 1990 Buick Skylark.
