Daniel was extremely professional and a delight to work with. He took special care of our church piano, which by the way, someone said could no longer be tuned. He repaired the pedal, and it surprised our musician so much that she almost jumped off the bench with excitement. We look forward to working with Daniel again. He plays beautifully as well

My wife and I were very happy indeed with the work and time Daniel put into thoroughly cleaning and patiently tuning our 100 year-old piano. He clearly has a passion for what he does and we will certainly be setting up another appointment with him for the next tuning.

After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to give Daniel a call. He was super professional and friendly throughout the process - only charging me for the services that I actually needed. My piano was absolutely filthy and he got it cleaned up and sounding great. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect before he left. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Daniel was fantastic! He arrived on time, communicated clearly both before and during the appointment, and was incredibly patient with my curious kids.He was able to diagnose and repair a complicated issue with our piano and tuned it beautifully afterward. His pricing is very fair, especially considering the quality of his work. I highly recommend Daniel and will definitely use him again. Thank you, Daniel!

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll gather information such as when the piano was last tuned and whether the client has any specific issues they’d like addressed. I can then provide them with a more accurate quote as well as what to expect as far as resolving any issues they’re having.
Then we’ll agree on a date and time that works for both of us. On the day of the appointment, I’ll assess the piano and discuss any additional issues I find before beginning any work beyond what was originally discussed. Once the work is complete, I’ll make sure the client understands any recommendations I have for keeping the piano in good condition moving forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have undergone online academic training as well as had one on one training with a mentor in the field.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have serviced pianos in a variety of environments including people’s homes, churches, senior living facilities, and music academies.
