We had a great experience with Frank from Ace Remodel Group Windows and Doors. He was professional, honest, and didn’t try to upsell us—offering a few different options at various price points and recommending what would work best. When we called about a cracked second-floor window, he let us know how serious it could’ve become if the glass had fallen. He came out quickly, took measurements, and safely removed the loose glass on the spot. A few days later, Frank returned with the new glass and had it installed and weather-sealed in under 30 minutes. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Overall, an excellent value—and we can’t wait to work with him again!
