I asked for an estimate, and the contractor came to my home to check out the job. He told me he’d send me a quote in about 30 minutes. A few days passed, so I texted him, and he replied, “I’ll send you a quote right now.” I’m still waiting for it to this day. Honestly, these contractors are so irresponsible. If you don’t want to take the job, just say so—don’t waste my time.
