- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is a little different so this is why we provide a written estimate before work has begun.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call you will speak with a friendly operator to assist you. Once appointment is booked when we show up on site we introduce ourselves and provide a business card and a magnet. Once we enter the property shoe covers will be put on. After we are shown the problem we provide you with a written estimate before any work is started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees attend on-going training each month to keep up with new service methods and equipment updates.
