Our pricing is transparent and upfront. We offer a $99 diagnostic service that includes up to one hour of troubleshooting, with no hidden or dispatch fees. After diagnosing the issue, we provide a clear estimate before any work begins. Discounts may be available for larger projects or repeat customers. All pricing depends on the scope, materials, and complexity of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions to understand the issue or project. Then I schedule a visit (or give a rough estimate if possible). After diagnosing, I explain the solution clearly and provide a transparent price before starting any work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
trade schools for electrical , code, and safety training. After completing training,I obtain the state licensing.
