- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer up front pricing. If a specific task becomes harder or takes long than expected, we do not charge anymore. Of course if major hiccups come about, we are very communicative to make sure everyone is understanding and satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We off in home free proposals. We will write the proposal up on the spot or email it to them. We are always here to answer any questions. We do our best to schedule a convenient time for both parties.
