- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a professional and offer fair, reasonable pricing. I provide an upfront estimate, and I may offer discounts for multiple tasks or repeat customers. There are no hidden fees. If the project scope changes or additional work is requested during the job, the final price may be adjusted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first message the customer to ask for details and photos. For larger projects, I schedule a free in-person visit to take a look and provide an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with painting, repairs, and general handyman work, and I always follow proper techniques and instructions.
