We have been family owned and operated since 1946. Matt DiMarco has opened our new office in Huntingdon Valley and will continue to stay true to the family values that have kept the Flying Locksmiths in business for so long. Despite the delay in arriving for our scheduled appointment (due to a previous client's job taking much longer than expected, of which they kept me updated), The Flying Locksmiths technician began promptly, understanding the details and the scope of work required.
He quickly installed the hardware I supplied, including a few "smart locks", and was able to find solutions easily when merging old and new hardware. I appreciated his keeping me abreast of his progress, as well as his friendliness, professionalism, and his familiarity with new technology.
Having done my homework, I was well aware of how other locksmith companies have yet to familiarize themselves with smart home equipment, so I was pleased to see that no time was wasted by The Flying Locksmiths learning my equipment on the spot.
Having noticed that The Flying Locksmiths utilize forward thinking technologies in their own operations (e.g., billing, client communication, documentation, etc.) , I discovered, albeit inadvertently, that I had made the best choice for my lock installation and upgrades. I will definitely hire them again when I am in need of their services,

We had 8 commercial door locksets that were not working well due to prolonged use. Flying Locksmiths adjusted all of them back to new working condition avoiding the need to replace them with new hardware.

Keith showed up in the designated window and got right to work. He had me walk him around to explain what I wanted to do and what problems there were. Asked a few clarifying questions and was off. His work was quick, clean (he swept up after himself) and everything felt nice and secure when he was done. He was also courteous, polite and professional.
There were cheaper options, but The Flying Locksmith was competitive and the quality of the experience felt worth the premium. I’ll call again with any issues I have.

Flying Locksmiths came on time to estimate the job and then agreed to return in the afternoon to complete the job. This - I really appreciated since I had stayed home from work. I was able to get the job all done within one day. Very professional. Would hire again

They did everything perfect! Was responsive, showed up on time, did all the work I requested on the same visit, even though I added items to the list and did it happily. The work quality was excellent and their communication outstanding, all at a fair price. We need more companies like this.
