The team (2 persons) who came by did an awesome job. Monna responds fast and gives me an update on their ETA provided that I can only tell them that the carrier can only give me a delivery time one hour before it gets delivered. I would say they're very proactive and asked me if i want the couch set up on my living room and the legs to be installed. Good thing I said yes because I'd say its quite a task to set it up being it a large furniture. The team lead was very careful and fast thinker and definitely know what he's doing in terms of how not to damage a couch when taking it out from the box, lifting it inside, etc. I will definitely hire them again if i need movers/helpers! Definitely recommended!Good job guys!!

All are customers should know that there property is going to be handled like it’s our own and we will go to any limit to complete a customers task
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect a inventory list of everything being moved then we go over if there are any other services needed for example “packing” or “dis assembly or re assembly” then we offer a customer a hourly rate or a flat rate what ever they prefer
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the field working hands on for 15 plus years
