FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard fee is $55.00 per 60 minute session. Don't worry I am not a clock watcher. When someone signs for 3 sessions a week number 3 is half price. Also if you pay for ten in advance, you receive one training at no cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first conversation I will make sure to get a clear understanding of your health and fitness goals. At our first appointment I will run a series of evaluations to see where you are physically. This includes taking your blood pressure, as well as a strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance testing. I will request that you complete an assessment of your medical history. Once I've collected all of your information and I'm aware of all of your goals, I will design a custom plan to start your journey to fitness.
