I called Devlin thinking I needed a new roof and willing to pay for it, but he checked the roof and recommended just a coating. He COULD have just said I need a new roof, but was professional and stated a coating was sufficient. He also pointed other minor, but needed repairs which I agreed be done. PROFESSIONAL & RECOMMENDED

It had been raining for about a week straight and I needed emergent and very necessary work done to our roof. I was so pleased in how quickly Devlin Contracting responded to my request! The owner was extremely thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done as well as answering any questions we had! He was even very open to my husband climbing up on the roof to check out what was going on! I have a sense of security now every time it rains!
