I called Devlin thinking I needed a new roof and willing to pay for it, but he checked the roof and recommended just a coating. He COULD have just said I need a new roof, but was professional and stated a coating was sufficient. He also pointed other minor, but needed repairs which I agreed be done. PROFESSIONAL & RECOMMENDED

It had been raining for about a week straight and I needed emergent and very necessary work done to our roof. I was so pleased in how quickly Devlin Contracting responded to my request! The owner was extremely thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done as well as answering any questions we had! He was even very open to my husband climbing up on the roof to check out what was going on! I have a sense of security now every time it rains! Thank you Devlin Contracting for the work you did and the timely, and professional manner it was done in!!!!

My experience with Devlin Contracting was unbelievable they were so nice, they didn't leave until the job was done. They made sure everything was clean before they left, I am very happy and satisfied with Devlin Contracting on a scale from 1 to 10 they get a 15!! I will reccomend them to anybody that needs roofing are any other job done. They are the best!!!!@!
