Pat was great to work with. He was very responsive, providing a clear scope of work, and all insurance documents. They showed up on time and did the complete rebuild of the roof framing and installed a new roof. We work with a lot of different contractors for our rental properties and Pat was one of the best. We’ll definitely be using again.
