Paragon Roofing is a diamond in the rough when it comes to roofing companies. Paragon was extremely trust worthy, high quality, and ensured I was happy with the results throughout. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Their craftsmanship is top tier and higher quality than prior companies I’ve worked with or used. The initial assessment and consultation were incredibly thorough, and the communication throughout the scheduling and installation process was top-notch.The crew was professional, fast, and meticuloustaking great care to protect our property and even our flower beds. The cleanup was spotless, which we really appreciated.To top it off, one of the owners, Jimmy, personally walked us through the final inspection and was a pleasure to work with. Jimmy Lee visited my 97-year-old father several weeks ago recognizing that his house needed a new roof. He returned when I was available to talk about the matter, and was cordial, professional and informative. He showed us the newest shingle and underlayment materials, and they appeared far better than what had been installed 28 years previously on the home. He even used a drone to capture the areas in most need on video and pictures. My father, brother and I instantly liked Jimmy, but we still took him up on his offer to research his firm Paragon Exterior and their reputation. I was impressed. I researched through AI what a roof replacement to a house in the west Philly suburbs would cost, and his quote was well within range. He was not a high-pressure salesman but talked to us on our level in a nice, casual manner. We decided to hire Paragon to replace our house roof, and the shed roof was included in the deal.After a few days of cancellation due to weather, the job was completed on July 4th. The workers arrived right on time at 7:00 am and went right to work. They were nice, friendly and worked hard with little breaks. The job was completed by early evening. The house roof looked great. The gutters were installed two days later. The whole job was done efficiently. The area was cleaned up impeccably.So, I would recommend Paragon for your re-roofing needs. They may not be the least expensive, but the quality and workmanship is worth the money spent. These are shingles with a 50-year warranty. I'll never have to worry again about the roof in my lifetime. Kudos to Jimmy, Val and the on-site crew for a job well done.
