First, I was very impressed by the quick response time. I began my search late at night and was shocked to get an answer right away even at that time!! Pricing was fair for a project of this magnitude (and I did my research first). When the day of the pergola assembly arrived, the team arrived right on time AND got to work immediately. I don't know that they even took a single break until the job was finished. The pergola was expertly assembled much faster than I expected it to be and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend Immaculate Home Reflections and I would not hesitate to hire them again for another project. Great work!!

Oh my goodness - the swing set I had them set up was a beast...all sorts of manufacturing issues making assembly beyond difficult. But, the Immaculate Home Reflections team worked methodically, diligently and patiently and kept plugging away until the job was done. This project was handled with the utmost care and I sincerely appreciated working with them!
