Had a great experience with the Closet Factory. Mandi was super helpful and easy to work with in designing the space and providing us with many options to choose from. They communicated very well throughout the project from start to finish and Bob did a great job installing everything. We love our closet and are already saving up for them to tackle our laundry room next! Definitely worth the money you pay for their services

We love our master bedroom closet system from Closet Factory! From start to finish it was a positive experience! The photos dont do the finished product justice.Mandi was our designer and she worked with us to design a system that exceeded our storage needs yet stayed in our budget.Because our install would only take 2 days we were scheduled very quicklyjust needed enough time for production. Our installer Zeb is a one-man powerhouse! Hes detail oriented and committed to building a quality unit that looks amazing and makes use of all our space. His carpentry skills are excellent .He made a design recommendation that really made an unused area even more useful and appealing to the eye.The only thing we were surprised at was how much time the installer actually worked at our home each day. Due to a 2-hour travel time each way, he arrived by 11:00 and left by 2:30/3:00. Had travel time not been part of the work day, this job could have been a 1-day install.we felt bad he had to drive so far two days in a row but he was a champ about it.We also worked with the billing office to make payments and they were very accommodating to make the payments fit within my billing cycle without delaying installation.Every member of this team was knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and helpful in making our closet more than we ever imagined! A++

We redid our bedroom closet. We had an excellent experience with the whole team. Rick Staller who designed the space listened attentively to our needs and created a design that we liked. It was very easy to communicate with the office ( Candi Krause ). The wait time for the project to be completed was reasonable. The installer( Chris ) was exceptional. He was very polite, answered our questions regards the installation, did a nice job and left the place clean when he was done. We did not know anyone that had used Closet Factory, but since it a Costco affiliated company we had confidence that they would do a good job. We are very pleased with our new closet.

Closet Factory offers a FREE design consultation which is allowed to be booked via Thumbtack.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A designer will be scheduled to come to your home to complete a FREE design consultation. During the design consultation our designer will review the space, provide designs and pricing. After completion of the in-home consultation the project will be placed on our installation calendar and will be installed by our installation team.
