It is always hit or miss with service companies like this, whether they show up on time or if the work itself is high quality. Not an issue with these folks however, unlike other companies I've had less fun experiences with, theyre responsive, punctual, and make hot tub maintenance easy and stress-free.

Super repair service from Aaron! My Hot Springs up and running within 48 hours of contact. Selling dealer made me wait 6 weeks and misdiagnosed. Post warranty, ignore the selling dealer and just call Prime Spa Care!

This company was excellent. I called and scheduled service and they were quick to respond. I had a technician stop by my house and he was one of the kindest people I've met. I felt like I could trust him. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem immediately and saved me a lot of money. I've dealt with other service companies and this company by far is the best. I highly recommend them.
