- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price jobs very simple. We base estimates off of 2 things... Safety and Accessibility. Once we determine the job is safe and we can access the area to be cleaned, we charge simply by the Window count and size. You decide what you pay for. Our work is Guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always maintain a freindly and approachable attitude. We introduce ourselves, are always in uniform, and work quietly and with efficiency. We strive for the positive customer experience 💯
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hard work, practice and researching the craft. Window and Home Cleaning is a specific skill set that takes extreme attention to detail, patience and endurance. There are only a few window cleaning businesses that actually take real pride in their work and service. We are one of them! ✌
