Great guy. Very genuine. He cleaned our rug with pet stains on it. It smelled great. But the white rug turned orange afterward. He offered to come back to fix it. Which I was grateful for. It then turned orange again afterward. He offered to come fix it again but I felt unconfident. He kindly offered to replace it as long as he could keep the old rug. I declined at the time and requested a refund instead. A day later I decided I would prefer to have him replace and could give him the old rug and I would send him his payment again. He has never responded back - after two weeks.
