AWESOME job! Rob & his helper completed all the work quickly and efficiently. They worked around my schedule, coming out on a weekend, because I live 3hrs away from the house that needed the work. Rob put a patch on any areas where he had put a hole in the wall, cleaned up any mess, etc. I'm VERY pleased work and plan to have him come back again when we remodel the kitchen.

Rob @ Junior Electric was fast and professional. I had a visit on a Tuesday which pointed all issues to corrosion in the electrical panel in my house. Junior electric returned that Sunday to swap the panel. Great price and great work. I will be going to Junior Electric for any future electeician needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job type, if its a problem that involves troubleshooting and testing of equipment would be an hourly rate plus any and all materials if any needed for the job to be completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go and meet with the customer/ home owner at wherever the electrical job needs to be done at. Greet myself and get to know the customer and let them get to know myself a little. Go over the job in detail by asking questions and giving ideas and suggestions to best fit the task at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have many electrical licenses and over 20 hours of training, 40 plus hours of OSHA safety training. Vocational schooling of 4 years. As well as college courses that involve electrical programs.
