- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are more than reasonably priced. We are not corporate owned like a lot of companies out there and are positioned to be very price competitive. We're looking to build a customer base that appreciates honesty and fair prices
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For system replacements and new installs (like mini-splits), we'll consult on the project and talk through options. You'll find we are not pushy at all. Our goal is to find solutions, insist on sales. For service, our technician will do a thorough evaluation and offer recommendations for fixing the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring a tremendous body of experience. The owner has worked in the field for 30 years. Our senior technicians have been doing this for a long time and appreciate the opportunity to share their knowledge and showcase their skills.
