I have been training with Andrew for about 5 months now. I have had many trainers over the years and Andrew is by far the best. He knows how to get the most out of me and each workout is personally tailored and well planned out. He knows when to push me hard and when to ease up. He is very encouraging and also offers a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of fitness, diet and wellness. My strength and endurance has increased a great deal and I look forward to every training session. Our training has been an essential component of my recent 60 lb. weight loss. But the most important thing I can compliment Andrew on for me personally, is his ability to work around my injured shoulder and make sure that my injury is never aggravated by our workouts. I highly recommend Andrew for anyone looking for an excellent personal trainer regardless of your age or fitness level.

I have had three sessions with Andrew so far and couldn't be more satisfied! I have a physiological condition that makes it dangerous for me to get overheated. This can be problematic when it comes to any kind of physical activity. Not only has Andrew been incredibly understanding of this, but innovative in his approach for working with me. Thanks to him, I am able to break a sweat without get overheated. I've never been able to strike that balance on my own or with any other coach/instructor -- it's a great feeling and one that encourages me to keep going! Andrew is a trainer that will encourage rather than intimidate -- he will motivate you to do your personal best (whatever that may be). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone looking to get a great workout with an outstanding trainer.

I have been training with Andrew now for over 7 months, not only to build strength and confidence, but to become overall physically fit. In this short amount of time I have visible proof that I am moving closer to reaching my personal goals. My upper and lower body as well as my core have responded well to the various techniques Andrew has introduced to me, specifically using kettle bells and Indian clubs. These new and unconventional techniques have kept me engaged and motivated during each workout session. Andrew ensures proper form and technique are maintained through the duration of each session. I have successfully lowered my body weight and increased muscle mass all while remaining pain and injury free. Andrew is personable and expresses a personal interest in each and everyone of his clients. He listens to what his clients want, designs a plan with realistic goals, and drives them toward success.

I have been training with Andrew for almost a year and I can strongly recommend Andrew for training. I have been training with trainers for over 10 years and Andrew brings something different to the training. In addition to being very knowledgeable in conventional training, Andrew is also knowledgeable in unconventional training and brings this knowledge to help you meet your goals. He is also very knowledgeable about proper nutrition and the impact of proper diet on your results. With this broad background, Andrew will be able provide a holistic approach to meet your health and wellness needs. I, myself have increase my weekly training from 2 to 3 times per week (incorporating Muay Thai training) and nutritional discussions with Andrew. So, whatever your goals are, Andrew will be able to help you develop a program that will help you successfully meet your goals!
