- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price per job but also I'm very considerate to the customers budget, if you have a unexpected problem that will cause delay in funding for the project don't be afraid to say it, I could never sleep at night if I new someone was struggling to get buy and paying me, we will work something out, guaranteed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
phone call, in person meet, mock up a work order, then I'll go home and draft up a service agreement, take it to the customer and if all parties are satisfied we sign the agreement and get started ASAP
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
on the job training, I have alot of hours logged from welding, heavy equipment operations, carpentry, water service waste water service, I took trade school classes for electrical work.
