FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally base my pricing per hour depending on the type of work. (70/hr for the first hour) Then the price varies from there. Depending on the type of work. The more technical the work the closer the price per hour is to 70. The reason all types of work start at 70 is that I need to change the price per hour based on travel time and difficulty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I like to get a feel for the type of work they are looking for over the phone. after a quick talk, we can generally schedule an appointment for an estimate or depending on the type of work to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in the Navy for aircraft hydraulics structures then trained in electrical systems and advanced troubleshooting on aircraft systems. After leaving the Navy I went to RMU and received my degree in Business Management. Since then I have worked with several companies and received training on many different trades from roofs to flooring.
