Jason was professional and knowledgeable in all areas of the inspection. He was patient with me and answered all my questions in easily understood language. I watched as closely as I could and he pointed out things I never even considered. He climbed up ladders, he checked surrounding house architecture and pointed out what was covered by the siding. He crawled in spaces I could never fit and he had a thermal detector that could show potential air and water leaks behind walls and ceilings. His service was excellent and his pricing was unbeatable. I have many more concerns with this property now and if I don’t go forward with this deal I will definitely call him back for the next property I’m interested in. I was confident in going back to realtor and seller and renegotiating certain terms in my favor. On a side note the girls in the office who helped set up my appointment were fantastic and informative over the phone as well. They are punctual and get back to your emails right away.

I didnt have the pleasure of personally attending the inspection but i sent a close relative since this is for a home that i am purchasing. My mother got there at 2 sharp and said when she arrived that Jayson and my realtor had already completed the exterior inspection which was a little disappointing since i wanted my family present for the entire inspection. She mentioned that Jayson is very polite and professional which is important to me. My review is for the actual report that was sent to me. I was extremely pleased with the report. It was thorough and the pictures were very clear. I had no questions about anything that was stated in the report and it came quickly after (1 day) the inspection. I am happy that i found this company to complete my inspection.

$199 Home Inspection! Call or text us today for guaranteed pricing. Prices start at just $199. You will receive a very detailed reports with pictures. We also offer Wood Destoying Organism inspections. Radon testing and water testing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can text or call for pricing. Text us your property address and we will call or text you back with pricing. Inspections can be booked same day if needed. We have weekend and evenings available if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 30+ years in real estate. Jason worked with Baldwin electric as a licensed electrician, doing electrical and plumbing for over 20 years. Linda has been working in realestate straight out of high school, with 40 plus years experience. Laura is knowledgable about Radon and the dangers that face our families. Pennsylvania has some of the highest levels in the US.
