William's professionalism, courtesy and flexibility were stellar in performing the job I hired him to do for me today. He completed a "dig out" for my car that was buried snow and ice in frigid temperatures. Unfortunately, I was plowed in while parked on my street. He saved the day (for me at least) when West Chester Public Works/Borough Plowing couldn't be bothered to plow the side streets to open up parking for its residents. THANK YOU, WILLIAM!
