- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on years of experience and working as an agent with one of the most well known installers in the country.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new client will vary based on what stage the they are in. I work with clients from the beginning by assessing their space and their needs and determining the best products to purchase. If the client has already purchased the home theater electronics and mounts we can start there. It's up to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been installing and mounting TVs since 2011. I have received numerous certificates from various electronic brands. I have over 200 hours of training in installs. I am licensed to handle low voltage electrical work.
