We used Mike and Verdarame's services to put our Christmas lights up this year and the service was terrible. Mike quoted us to put up our lights and take them down. There were several pricing errors that Mike was unable to explain charges for, our lights kept going out and Mike never returned to help fix the issue, instead he ignored us and stopped responding to our texts and phone calls. We chose to work with Mike and his company to help a young local entrepreneur out, but turns out we should have just went with a more reputable company. Mike was supposed to return to take our lights down, as our quote of $2,000 included this service, but as of this morning and our last attempt to call him he continues to not answer our calls or texts. We are very disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism that was provided to us by this company. If you are looking for a company to do work for you, use Hidalgo Home Services, we have used this company for services around our home and they are professional, on time, fair in price, and answer your phone calls. We feel taken advantage of and ghosted by this company and the owner, Mike.
