With more than 30 years teaching experience, I am also a professional musician and singer/songwriter. I offer 1/2 hour ($25) and full hour ($45). Lessons include reading music, music theory, music history, and where applicable include instruction on voice and song composition. I work with beginner through advanced students of all ages, and am skilled at uncovering and correcting bad habits and expanding students' knowledge of music beyond simply the instruction of their chosen instrument.
I appreciate the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, and teach all ages. It is especially rewarding to see children gain confidence and the ability for students to express themselves through music. Sharing my own passion for music by introducing students to a more immersive experience of music and music history across genres is not only personally rewarding but a unique aspect to my teaching style.

Half hour lesson for $25
Full hour lesson offers best value at $45
Payment in full required at the start of each month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone consultation to discuss the student's goals, interests, experience and advise on materials they'll need for lessons.
First lesson will provide further orientation to the process, my methods, as well as getting to know the student better including assessing their basic talents and key areas of focus.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a lifelong professional musician and songwriter with published releases. My music has been featured in television and movies. I have performed at multiple venues in the tri-state area and on the east coast, including Perform with my band The Electric Farm, including: Godfrey Daniels, Sellersville Theater, Landhaven B&B, Musikfest, World Cafe Live, CBGBs.
