- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to here the customers plan and ideas, like to take any little details they have for the project and then I kinda put together a couple options. So that way the customer can see the different things we could do but to also help them find them best fit for them with being able to stick with there budget!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in the field, and I also have a home energy certification and pest control certification. My company is working very hard to pursue more certifications, because you can never have enough training!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well I used to go out onto job sites with my dad as a kid playing with tonka trucks, and at 11 he put me to work, and I was fascinated by steps to building a house. I just wanted to know more and more about the industry, and then I got older and started doing my own research and learning and I decided, why not start my own business where I can be more helpful and take the time to ensure that I leave each customer with a smile!
