Bart had previously performed Work for us in a similar capacity. His promptness and professionalism is why we hired him to work for us in his own business. Nothing is impossible to him. Great guy, great product and excellent finished product. Will be having him do more

We were sure in a jam, and needed our front walk, patio & garage fixed. Martin was so helpful in helping us understand what needed to be done and how he could help us. It is beautiful! I highly recommend Concrete World!

Initially I got a quick response. We choose a date and time for him to come check out my space. He missed the initial time he was suppose to be there (and to be honest I was not going to mention that because I get that things happen...) and after sending him a message he told me he could stop by the place. He went to my house that I rent out to a tenant without finalizing with either of us (but that’s okay the fact is he showed up right?!). After the visit I check in with my tenant and that’s when I found out he went to check out the space. When I asked her what was his feedback and suggestions she said “he said he would call you”. That was Thursday evening. From Thursday evening till about 2/3pm Friday I tried reaching him through this platform to get feedback about the issues and what the solution would be. When he finally responded his estimate was too high and when I told him it would be better for us to talk so that i understood better what was going on....he gave me his number, I called him immediately and left a message. Came back on this platform to let him know I had left him a voice message. It is now 8:25am Saturday morning, I have not heard from him since 4/5pm yesterday. I usually don’t leave reviews whether the service is good or bad, but I had to leave this one cause the problem am having, left undone, it will leave my basement flooded. I need help and this man was not responsive to the job that was needed.

First I would like to thank you for your honest opinion and my late responses and arrivals were unacceptable. And I would like to point out that the job description shown and said that the location of the epoxy floor coating would be the basement. However when I spoke to the tenant he showed me he showed me two different places and then the basement. I was initially confused because I thought the job was only for the basement.
