- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are priced on a per job basis. When possible, I like to price on a square foot basis based on job conditions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to sit down with customers to find their mental picture of what the final project should look like. Spending time to help find the right products for the job to meet the customers expectations and budget is important.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Grew up in the remodeling industry. I started on a roof at the age of 15.
