- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the size and scope of the job.........not by an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer look at the job in person, send them a quote through email or text, and wait for their response. If for some reason That can’t happen I’ll recommend that they send some pics and/or give me the dimensions of the rooms that need painted. If they want me to do the job then we set up a work date/dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just a lot of painting experience on my own and through other jobs I’ve had in the past.
