- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, upfront pricing for all of our services. New system installations come with a free in-home consultation that includes a in-house water test. Our service fee is $135 for repair and service work. Material charges are presented in-home and all charges are approved by the homeowner before work is performed. Payment is due upon completion of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers looking to have a water filtration system installed, we start with a free in-home or virtual consultation that includes a free 4-point water test (additional testing can be purchased if desired). Based on the results of the test, the customer's needs, and the specific design of the plumbing in the home, we provide options for custom-designed water treatment and filtration systems. Once approved, we schedule our in-house installation team to complete the installation in accordance with local plumbing codes. All of our work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. We are members of the Water Quality Association (WQA) with over 25 years of industry experience. 2. We are licensed well inspectors, specializing in real estate well inspections, water testing, and remediation. 3. We are an International Plumbing Council (IPC) licensed master plumber.
