- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes I pretty much do have a set standard for my price as long as it is with in my area I will stay within my price range, it is when I have to travel out of my set area I must go up in price. not by much but up to cover my gas
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process is to meet up with them first and just see how they are interacting with the household members...then set up a plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of training experience, however,i have gone to college received degree in therapeutic counseling.. and I apply that to training!! after all animal ( esp. dog). are like little kids at many parts of there life's.
