Greg did an excellent job with our ducts and gave us a very fair price in doing so. This may possibly be the very best level of service ever experienced.
We have had a problem with our dryer vent; it was originally hooked up to a box to reclaim heat. It never worked properly. To make matters worse, the hoses kept falling off and, finally, one hose split in half. Lint was everywhere.
Came to Thumbtack to find a professional who could fix this. And found Greg with The Duct Pros. Greg came out that very day to assess the problem. He realized my former contractor had not set up a good system for us and determined how to best fix it. Better still, he rigged up a temporary fix for us so I could still use the dryer until he could come make the total repair. Incredibly, he didn't even charge for that.
He was able to work with our schedule to make the repair. And he came on a SATURDAY. This is pretty much unheard of and we really appreciated his commitment to customer service. The repair was done in record time and at a reasonable cost.
Hand on heart, we totally recommend Greg and The Duct Pros. This kind of service is something you truly don't find every day. You can be sure we will encourage anyone with any kind of duct problem to call them first.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
When my son was young he was diagnosed with asthma so we looked in to having our ducts cleaned and couldn’t find anyone. So I saw there was a need started my own business.
