What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing fair. I do not have a ton of overhead, but must make sure jobs are quoted at a rate that is fair to both you and me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to see the work in person before I will give a person a price. It is better for both of us. 1) We get to meet each other and 2 I get to see exactly what the job will entail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple years of experience in landscape and lawncare. Interned with a tree climber for 2 seasons.
