Booking Your Project After you approve the proposal, submit the deposit, and sign the contract, we reserve your spot on our schedule. 2. Kickoff Call We start with a quick call to review timelines, expectations, and communication so everyone is aligned from the beginning. 3. Project Questionnaire Youâll complete a detailed questionnaire about your business, goals, audience, and design preferences. This ensures the creative direction is built around your vision. 4. Strategy Review We meet for a focused call to review your Project Brief and confirm direction before any design work begins. 5. Concept Development We create your first round of logo concepts or website designs based on the approved strategy. Youâll see full layouts, variations, and real-world mockups. 6. Revisions and Refinements You share feedback, and we adjust the design to ensure everything feels cohesive, intentional, and aligned with your brand. 7. Final Delivery Once approved, we deliver your full set of final files through your client portal, along with branding guidelines to keep everything consistent moving forward.
