- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to come out for a walk through of your property and discuss quote at that time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information as possible over the phone. If I am meeting a customer the day of the initial cleaning, I ask for a quick walk through so they can point out exactly what they want done. Typically a customer knows they will not be home for the initial visit so we will talk more over the phone. I will ask more specific questions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother owned her own cleaning company and I worked for her for years. I love to see the before and after of cleaning. I also love knowing I'm helping families.
