Introduction: Holistic Skincare Coaching & Wellness I have learned that good health is not just skin deep in my many years of doing skincare. Our skin is the first place things may start to present with symptoms, a clear indicator that something more is going on, giving clues such as color, texture, rash, painful or itchy lesions, lack of healing, inflammation, sensitivity, and more. The inside job of managing skincare with conditions such as acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, medication, and illness side effects, even premature aging may be challenging and while may be improved with medication are still only treating the symptoms. Holistic skincare looks more at the root cause of those symptoms and how you can assist the body further in your healing by giving love to the underlying cause. Our thoughts, habits, history, beliefs, and choices are always talking to the body’s cells. As a holistic skincare coach, I practice esthetics in a way that is focused on helping you restore and maintain the health of your skin by considering the inner and underlying contributors to your overall well-being. My many years of practice in esthetics has taught me to see health and healing from the inside out. Holistic mind, body, and spirit wellness, combined with appropriate consumer product knowledge and a healthy skin care routine, will have the most significant impact on the health of your skin.
