I have worked in the food and hospitality business for several years now. Upon graduating with my degree in culinary arts, I found that working independently allowed me the flexibility to be truly creative in working with private clients to achieve their visions. In recent years, The combination of professional experience managing an executive household and personally planning and catering a variety of private events has allowed me to develop skills in design, planning, culinary arts, delegation, time management and other related skills. Due to Covid we contacted Adeline last minute due to our wedding plans changing. She was willing to help us out and put together a great menu that catered to all of our guests dietary restrictions. Due to life events, Adeline was unable to make it to our wedding. However, the help Adeline had in her place made the most delicious meal that was better than we could have ever hoped for. Another great thing, was that they washed and put away every single dish both rented and owned, which relieved a lot of potential stress. They left our kitchen cleaner than they found it, and did an amazing job with serving the table and checking in on us. They even packed up leftovers for guests who wanted any and saved the rest of the leftovers for us in the fridge. The next day Adeline checked in to make sure everything went well. She is very responsive and so thorough. If we were to do it all again, we definitely would be asking for Adeline's help, as it was one of the best parts of our special day. We look forward to working in Adeline for anniversaries and any other special occasions that we need someone of her skills for!

Adeline catered a party for 20 for me. Heavy Hors d’oeuvres and bite sized deserts were served. Adeline was professional, punctual and a pleasure to work with. All 15 items and the three desserts were delicious! Even something as simple and ordinary as hummus was exceptional! The food was beautifully presented and plentiful. We had vegetarians, meat eaters and people with seafood allergies at this event and everyone had wonderful things to eat. I can’t wait for my next event to have the pleasure of working with Adeline and the opportunity to enjoy her delicious food.

Exceeded all expectations, with everything going on we wanted to have a small family dinner at home and could not have been more happy with everything from the food suggestions to the presentation, it was flawless. Highly recommended!
