Great experience working with this HVAC technician. He was professional, patient, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of just guessing. He clearly explained what was happening with my Nest thermostat and walked me through the voltage readings and troubleshooting process in a way that was easy to understand. My HVAC system had no power, turns out the fuse in the furnace blew and the control board wasn't communicating. He was so patient, came on time in the late night, meticulously fixed the issues and educated me on the changing of the thermostat safely.
