After 10 years of trying to lose weight (370 pounds) and having no results, I went to holistic nurse hypnotist Peggy Smith and had a couple sessions of hypnosis concentrating on weight loss. Thanks God for Peggy, she helped me stop smoking. I loved that she didn't just take over and tell me what to do, she HELPED ME make the whole life decisions that put one foot in front of the other. I was expecting magic, like I'd quack like a duck and hate cigarettes, but instead I bought baby carrots, journaled and asked my doctor to help too. We hit it from all angles and poof.
