Introduction: Personal service. I come to you. I fix the computer. I bring it back to you. I have taken the "old country Doctor" approach to this business where I form a relationship with my customers such that they tell their families, their neighbors and their friends about me and I often end up working on two or three computers in the same block or in the same apartment building. What I like most about my job is I get to make people feel at ease with something that most people are worried is out of their grasp. I make people feel like a personal computer is a tool like a hammer instead of some mystical object that they just don't understand.
