Paula and Mark were great to work with for repairing and updating my baseboard trim after I removed carpeting from my living room. Very responsive and quick. I can't say enough good things about TruBlue of Cranberry. I had a plumbing issue that resulted in a good chunk of my kitchen being removed including cabinets, countertops, sink, dishwasher, drywall, and insulation. I had a plumber repair the plumbing issue, but was left with a completely gutted kitchen. I was about to find TrueBlue online, and from start to finish I was impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and communication. Upon leaving them a message to schedule a consult, my call was quickly returned by Matt and was able to get on his schedule relatively quickly -- many other contractors I contacted too weeks to get an appointment or never contacted me back at all. He did a thorough walk through, asked me a lot of questions, and was able to get an estimate back to me fairly quickly. Upon hiring them, Elisa quickly reached out to schedule my construction date, which was was only about a week later.
The day of construction, Doug arrived right on time with Cam and Matt to evaluate the work and get started on the project. Though initially it seemed like a straightforward kitchen re-install, the job proved more complicated than originally intended (as most home improvement tends to be). I was appreciative that at every snag in the plan, I was kept informed and was given options. The team worked with me to execute the plan to my satisfaction. The work was done with high quality and great integrity--no corners were cut and in most cases, things were installed better than the original kitchen. Doug even built me a custom corner cabinet when they learned that ordering one would take 6 weeks. It was beautiful work.
The job took a total of 3 separate days over two weeks, and Elisa did a great job getting me on the schedule promptly. Like I said before, the job was done with great integrity. If a new fixture was opened and a scratch was found, they took it back to get a new one. If something didn't fit perfectly, they found the one that did. This project was complicated, but the team were great problem solvers and were able to piece back my kitchen beautifully.
Overall I'm extremely pleased with the TruBlue Team: Matt, Doug, Elisa, and Cam. They were a pleasure to work with--very professional and respectful. I will absolutely be hiring them again for future projects.

Matt, Elisa, Jason and Doug did a wonderful job for us for a project installing an overhang on the back of our house!
Since purchasing our house in 2017, we've had leaking in our basement beneath where a deck was installed (which used to have an awning over top of it).
Matt and Jason came out to diagnose the problem, and Jason and Doug worked quickly and professionally to build out an overhang for us, and install a seamless (56 foot, one piece) gutter to replace the old ones.
We haven't had any leaking since, and Elisa was fantastic to work with in the office!
We won't hesitate to reach out again to have the team help us out in the future!

TruBlue will come to your home and provide a free estimate. We are transparent with pricing for labor and materials. We provide high-quality work done by top professionals who are pre-screened, insured, and bonded. We are also CAPS certified and an Age-Safe Certified Senior Home Safety Specialist that can provide you with a home safety inspection of your house at no charge. TruBlue wants to be your ally in caring for your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial contact, a TruBlue representative will set up a meeting time to go over everything you requested. If we feel that a different option may work to your advantage, we will let you know. TruBlue will keep you updated as to the progress of the job, and will only accept payment when you are truly happy. We follow the PA Home Improvement Contractor laws for your protection.
