Paula and Mark were great to work with for repairing and updating my baseboard trim after I removed carpeting from my living room. Very responsive and quick. They both worked with me to achieve a look that I was happy with at a fair price. I will definitely be using them for other jobs in the future.

Details: Baseboards • Drywall • No, I will need the carpenter to provide the molding or trim • Yes, I need help designing the molding or trim • As recommended by carpenter • 0 - 40 ft • I would like it painted

I am very satisfied with the work that Russell Barkey did shoring up the privacy fence panels that needed to be attached. Russell was courteous, professional, friendly and he knew how to fix the issue. He also recapped exactly what he did upon completion of the project. I will definitely call you folks for any other repairs or replacements I may need! I know we are teed up in spring to create a double gate and shore up the leaning panels on the left side of my home. I would recommend!!!!

Details: Fence sections need replacement • Fence is leaning or sagging • I'm not sure, I need a professional's help to identify • Residential

EDIT: After leaving my original review I received another call notifying me they had messed up the billing again and that my original quote price of $149 was correct and they would refund the mistaken extra charged. The work they did was fine, staff were all nice. The only issue was making sure billing is correct. Definitely keep an eye on your invoice total and ask for an itemized bill if anything seems off! I am glad they rectified the issue and thus will change my original rating here to reflect that, but the fact this even happened is why I will not rate five stars. Original review: Was quoted $149 and received an invoice for $450. Called politely expressing my surprise and requested an itemized bill. Got a call back shortly after and was told they made a mistake and the invoice was accidentally sent for two hours work instead of correctly for just one. Makes one question if this mistake has happened to others… New invoice arrives for $225 and was told that this bill included the cost of the caulk. $76 for some caulk?? Still never received an itemized bill to confirm why the estimate a so much lower the final price, so I can only fathom they charge an insane amount for any materials utilized. In general this made no sense that the time cut in half cut the bill exactly in half yet somehow included materials… When my initial quote of $149 I presumed was for an hour’s work not including materials. (This job was just installing a new exhaust vent cover externally by the way… Nothing complex.) Overall I felt quite mislead by the lack of details to their billing process.
