I had a major flood in my basement and was overwhelmed by the mess and potential damage. Danny came out quickly, assessed the situation, and got right to work. His team was professional, thorough, and incredibly respectful of my home. They removed the water, dried everything out, and took care of potential mold issues. Danny also explained each step of the process and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I’m so grateful for their fast response and excellent service—my basement is clean, dry, and safe again. The Restoration Tech team really came through for me. I needed some black mold removed in my basement quickly and they were able to do it the day after the estimate. They took all the necessary safety precautions and communicated with me throughout the project with pictures and updates. Another bonus was that they did the job within our budget.
