I had a major flood in my basement and was overwhelmed by the mess and potential damage. Danny came out quickly, assessed the situation, and got right to work. His team was professional, thorough, and incredibly respectful of my home. They removed the water, dried everything out, and took care of potential mold issues. Danny also explained each step of the process and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I’m so grateful for their fast response and excellent service—my basement is clean, dry, and safe again. The Restoration Tech team really came through for me. I needed some black mold removed in my basement quickly and they were able to do it the day after the estimate. They took all the necessary safety precautions and communicated with me throughout the project with pictures and updates. Another bonus was that they did the job within our budget. I highly recommend Danny and his team.

Danny and his team are OUTSTANDING. They did such an amazing job after our basement flooded. They addressed everything and explained everything along the way. They treated our home like it was their own and it looks perfect, just the way it did before the flood. The team is professional, care about the work they are doing and it shows! I can't say enough about this company, and they do everything, from addressing the flood issue, to removing the damaged walls, furniture, etc. to rebuilding and putting everything back together so as it looked like nothing happened. I wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you so very much for everything you have done for us after this very unfortunate situation, and you have surpassed all expectations. AMAZING!!!!! If anything would ever happen again and we would need help with restoration we would call this company for sure and also recommend to anyone that needs this help after damage to their home. Again, thank you all so much for everything.
